Common questions
How does payment work?
The demo is free. If you like it and want us to build the full site, we take a 50% deposit to start the project. The other 50% is due when you approve the final design, before the site goes live.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No. The build is a one-time cost and the site is yours. The plans are there if you want us to keep it updated and keep working on your rankings. If you'd rather handle it yourself, that's fine.
What counts as a minor update?
Text edits, image swaps, service and pricing changes, hours, new photos or reviews, and small tweaks to pages you already have. New pages, new features, integrations, redesigns, and e-commerce are quoted separately. If you are unsure which side something falls on, ask before we start, and we will tell you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan anytime. Most businesses start on Basic Care or Growth and move up when the site starts bringing in more work.
Is there a contract?
Basic Care is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Growth, Premium Partner and Custom Partner run on 6-month contracts, because SEO usually takes 2 to 4 months to show results.
