What Basic Care is
Basic Care is for a site that already works well and needs looking after. We handle the hosting, the security, the updates and the backups, and we make the small changes you send us so the site never falls out of date.
It does not include the growth work (monthly SEO, Google Business Profile, blog posts). That starts on Growth.
Every item, explained
Website hosting
Your site lives on fast, modern hosting that we set up and manage. No separate hosting bill, no server dashboard for you to log into, and the security certificate kept current so visitors never see a warning.
Security monitoring
We scan for malware and suspicious changes and watch for anything unusual. If something looks wrong, we fix it.
Software & plugin updates
Everything your site runs on is kept up to date. We back up first and check your key pages afterwards to make sure nothing broke.
Monthly website backups
A full copy of your site every month, stored away from the site itself. If something goes wrong, we can restore it.
Uptime monitoring
Your site is checked around the clock. If it goes down, we are alerted and working on it, usually before you notice.
Up to 30 minutes of content changes
Send us text edits, new photos, updated hours, a price change or a review to feature. Up to 30 minutes of that work each month is included. What counts as a minor update?
Basic performance checks
We compare load speed against where your site started, so it stays fast as content is added.
Minor SEO updates
Small fixes that keep you visible: broken links, page titles and descriptions, and anything that has drifted out of place since launch.
How a month runs
Each week of the month has one focus, so nothing gets skipped.
- Week 1, safety. Confirm the backup ran and can be restored, run a security scan, and review uptime and hosting health.
- Week 2, updates and speed. Back up, apply updates, then click through your key pages and check speed against your baseline.
- Week 3, content and fixes. Make the changes you sent in, and fix any broken links.
- Week 4, SEO. Minor SEO tune ups and a final check that everything is still running as it should.

Who it’s for
Businesses that sell small tickets and win on repeat visits, like bakeries, salons and cafés. Your site needs to be fast, safe and accurate.
Not included
New pages, new features, integrations, redesigns and e-commerce are quoted separately. So are monthly SEO, Google Business Profile work and blog posts, which are part of Growth. If a month needs more than 30 minutes of edits, we tell you before we start.
Is there a contract?
No. Basic Care is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Growth, Premium Partner and Custom Partner run on 6-month contracts.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan anytime. Most businesses start lower and move up once the site is bringing in more work.
