A San Antonio general contractor with nine trades to explain
DFI Remodeling is a family owned construction company in San Antonio, running everything from a single room of new flooring through to framing a commercial building from the slab up. One site had to make nine different trades findable without any of them getting buried.

A full service residential and commercial construction company, family owned and operated in San Antonio since 2017. Licensed, insured, and accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, framing, additions, fencing and decks, commercial buildouts, custom homes, and the concrete, painting and drywall that ties them together.
The problem
Most contractor sites pick one thing to be good at. DFI genuinely does nine, and a homeowner searching for bathroom remodeling in San Antonio will never find you on a page that lists your trades as bullet points. Every trade needed a real page of its own, with enough substance on it to earn the ranking rather than pad the sitemap.

The site is built so that each trade can be found on its own terms, and so a homeowner who lands anywhere on it can see the credentials and request an estimate without hunting.
- Nine service pages, not nine bullet points. Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, framing, additions, fencing and decks, commercial, custom homes, and concrete, painting and drywall each get a page written specifically for that trade. Thin pages that swap one word do not rank, so each one carries real detail about how that work actually runs.
- Credentials on the page, not in a PDF. City of San Antonio license #931662, BBB accreditation, and family owned since 2017 sit where a nervous homeowner will see them. In a trade full of unlicensed operators, that is the whole first impression.
- Insurance claims and financing pages. Two of the most common reasons a remodel stalls are money and an open claim. Both get their own page instead of a sentence buried on a contact form.
- Real project photos. The gallery is DFI's own completed work across San Antonio. Nothing on the site is a stock kitchen.
- Verbatim Google reviews. Every review on the site is word for word from the Google Business Profile, with a link so a visitor can go read them at the source. Nothing was written by us.
- Static and fast. The site is plain HTML generated from a build script, so there is no database, no plugin stack, and nothing to break during a busy season.
